The Condino Fantasy Football League was started in 1995 with 8 teams. The league was expanded to 10 teams in 1997 and to 12 teams in 2000. In 2004, the leage was expanded to it's present day 16 teams (2 divisions of 8 teams). Since 2004, the season was shortened to 15 weeks which enabled the top two teams from each division to have a playoff for the league championship.
In 2021, the season remained at 15 games but the playoffs were expanded to 4 teams per division.
